About the Job
As a Pest Control Technician/Driver, you'll be at the forefront of addressing pest control challenges for both our domestic and commercial clients in London. Your role involves swiftly and effectively identifying, diagnosing, and delivering solutions for pest control and infestations. Outstanding customer service skills and a sharp eye for detail are essential! Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections of buildings and residential properties to detect signs of pests or infestations.
- Provide detailed reports on your findings and educate our clients on treatment options and associated costs.
- Showcase strong technical and practical knowledge of pest-proofing techniques.
- Create and implement pest management plans.
- Determine the most effective treatment methods to eliminate pests.
- Safely use baits and set traps to remove pests.
- Apply pesticides within and around buildings and other structures.
- Successfully implement pest-proofing measures to prevent re-entry.
- Efficiently navigate London using public transportation to conduct on-site pest control investigations.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- While a proven background in pest control proofing is preferred, it's not a deal-breaker.
- Possession of a BPCA Level 2 qualification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness to perform the required tasks effectively.
- An attentive, assertive, and driven approach to time and task management.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- High motivation and the capacity to excel both individually and as part of a team.
- A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to dive into a variety of tasks as required by the operation.
- Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, either Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Friday.
